We believe in teachers, farmers, coaches, business owners, and local leaders running to support their communities. Never run before, or not a “natural” politician? No problem — politics can be taught, but community leadership can’t, and we think you’re right for the job. We’re here to support you in getting off the ground.
Staff Institute
Good candidates need good teams to build great movements. We provide training for campaign managers, finance and digital staff, and field organizers to run high-quality campaigns in rural areas to build lasting bases of Democratic support.

Misinformation hamstrings good candidates and keeps them from getting their message out. We are fighting misinformation and disinformation with informative, appropriate, and powerful ads in rural media markets.
